Jalal Alamgir helps organizations analyze and design strategies and capabilities in globally competitive environments.  He brings more than 11 years of experience in consulting with blue chip clients--both global businesses and international non-governmental agencies.  Jalal is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts at Boston, where he researches, publishes, and teaches on issues related to globalization.  He has a PhD in international relations from Brown University.  He has traveled widely, and lived and worked in the US, India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Cindy Carpenter focuses on facilitating the development and implementation of business solutions in an international context.  She has worked with a wide range of organizations, from top five global banks to small cooperatives.  She has more than 11 years of experience in the consulting industry, including both global and offshore delivery firms, and 8 years of experience in the design and implementation of internal business systems in diverse functional areas.  Cindy has a BA from Hampshire College, and an MBA from Northeastern University.  She has worked with clients in the US, Europe, and Asia, and lived in the US, Japan, Israel and India. Matthew Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience serving businesses and non-profit clients in the capacities of attorney, management consultant and software product manager.  He has specialized knowledge in regulatory compliance and business process management in both regional and global settings, and has worked with both global and offshore delivery firms.  A member of the Massachusetts Bar, Matt holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, an MBA from Boston University, and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law.  He has traveled to six continents and has lived and worked in the US, Germany, South Korea and India.
