Red Bridge Strategy has a flexible employment model to support our clients’ project needs. Most of our consultants are project-based, and work on an as-needed basis. Based on project needs, they work out of their office, client locations, home, or while on the road. The model offers flexibility and the opportunity to balance work and life plans.
